Installation Process

Step 01

Prepare all the things that you need, measurer, pipe cutter ,CPVC glue, CPVC pipes, CPVC fittings, a piece of wet cloth.Measure for the needed length and mark the pipe with a marker pen. Cut a smaller diameter plastic pipe by a CPVC pipe cutter or a saw.

Step 02

Measure for the needed length and mark the pipe with a marker pen. Cut a smaller diameter plastic pipe by a CPVC pipe cutter or a saw.Use a small can with a small applicator brush, apply orange primer to the interior fittings and the outside of the pipe ends.

Step 03

Quickly insert the pipe into the fitting in aligned positions and twist, please make sure they meet, one pipe and one fitting at one time. Hold for a few seconds and then wipe the joint with a piece of wet cloth.
