Double Enveloping Worm Gearbox Speed Reducer

As one of  famous double enveloping worm gear manufacturers,SGR’s double throated worm gear has advantage of High efficiency, low noise, smooth operation , it increase output torque that mean increasing loading capacity , improved gear accuracy, and extended Long life service period . in SGR double enveloping worm gear design ,based on different ratio, it has Multi-tooth meshed, allowed bigger peak load . with the increase of  number of driven gear teeth , that mean in contact with the worm significantly increases output  torque force. except increasing the number of driven gear teeth in contact with the worm,  double enveloping worm gear also increase the contact surface on every gear tooth. The Predecessor for ZheJiang ept Drive CO.,Ltd (originally called HangZhou ept Transmission Machinery CO.,Ltd) State-owned military mould enterpriese which established in 1965.

Q:Are you a ept  company or manufacturer?
A: The predecessor of HangZhou XG-TRANSMISSION Machinery Co., Ltd is State-owned Xingguanggong Mold Factory, a state-owned military industrial enterprise established in 1965. It completed reform in 2002. Since reform, the company has developed rapidly. It took the lead in passing ISO9001 International Quality System Certificate and International Quality Credit AAA++ Certificate in 2004, and Swiss SGS Certificate in 2009. A: We are in HangZhou,ZheJiang ,China. We have two factories,New factory is in Xihu (West Lake) Dis. district,HangZhou,China and the old one is in CHangZhou District,HangZhou,China.

A:Main products of our company: JWB-X series mechanical continuously variable transmission, RV series worm gear reducer, B/JXJ cycloidal pin gear speed reducer, NCJ series gear reducer, and R, S, K, and F series helical-tooth reducer, more than one hundred models and thousands of specifications.

Q:What are the application of the gearbox?
A:Products are widely used in ceramic, glass, food, metallurgy, beer & drink, printing and dyeing, textile, petrochemical engineering, warehouse logistics, wood-wor ept machine, environmental protection equipment, printing and packaging, pharmacy, and leather. Products are sold in some countries and regions, such as Europe, America, and Southeast Asia, and it possesses dozens of distributors and after-sale service agents.

Product Introduction:

In line helical geared motor is characterized by compact structure, light weight, large torque and excellent performance. Prompt delivery within short time. 

It is made of rib-reinforced rigid case and premium alloy-steel gear which is hardened by carbon penetration and grinded precisely. Stable in running, low noise, large in load, low in consumption, efficient in transmission, low in temperature rise, and long in service life. 

The mounting styles are footing, flange, torque arm and so on. The output style are shaft, hollow shaft, the alpine and shrink disc are for choice.
